Bouqets of Hope 2023

One altruistic kidney donation can set off a chain of other kidney donations. These pieces were inspired by kidney donations and this fascinating Freakonomics episode. An act of generosity without an expectation of receiving anything can lead to so many lives improved and prolonged. 

If you know even a little bit about anatomy, it’s funny because kidneys don’t have a stem, they have a renal pelvis – a flexible tube leading to the bladder. It’s art!
